SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Thompsons Treasures, many of our products are personalised and made especially for you. We take care when preparing every order and aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.

Processing & Personalisation

Our usual processing time is 3–5 working days, depending on the item ordered and the personalisation required.

Please remember that processing time is separate from delivery time. During particularly busy periods, personalised or made-to-order products may take a little longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to let you know.

UK Delivery Only

We currently deliver within the UK only.

Orders are normally dispatched using Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been completed and dispatched.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally deliveries may take longer than expected due to circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will help you investigate the delivery.

Please Check Your Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied by the customer, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
