Delivery Information-
At Thompsons Treasures, many of our products are personalised and made especially for you. We take great care when preparing every order and aim to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
Processing & Personalisation
Our usual processing time is 3–5 working days, depending on the item ordered and the personalisation required.
Please remember that personalised and made-to-order products may take a little longer during particularly busy periods. If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to let you know.
UK Delivery
We currently deliver within the UK only.
Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail. Delivery times are in addition to our 3–5 working day processing time.
Once an order has been handed over to the delivery provider, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.
Please Check Your Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. Thompsons Treasures cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information supplied when ordering.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to amend the address.
