Personalised items will be created using the information supplied when ordering. Please check carefully for typing or spelling mistakes, as we cannot be responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.
Photographs & Images
If your product requires photographs or images, please provide the best quality image available. The quality of the finished product can depend on the quality and resolution of the original image supplied.
Where necessary, we may adjust the positioning, sizing or cropping of an image so that it fits the product correctly.
Sending Additional Information
Some products may require you to send us photographs, designs or additional information after placing your order.
Where this is required, please follow the instructions shown on the individual product page and include your order number when contacting us so we can match your information to your order.
Changes After Ordering
If you realise you have made a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If we have not yet started making your item, we will do our best to make the requested change. However, once a personalised item has entered production, we may not be able to alter or cancel it.
